Quick, Safe and Reliable 

All orders (domestic and international) are delivered by express courier.  Orders received before 9am (GMT/BST) will be dispatched the same day.

🇬🇧 UK shipping costs £10 GBP for orders under £300.
Orders over £300 are shipped free of charge!

International shipping rates:
 
🇺🇸 USA  $30 USD for orders under $380.
🇦🇺 AUS  $80 AUD for orders under $600 AUD.
🇪🇺 EU    €30 for orders under €400.
🇨🇦 CA    $60 CAD under $600 CAD.
✨ Orders over these thresholds are shipped free of charge!

UK orders will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
International orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

Your jewellery will be fully insured during transit so you can be assured of its security, and your signature will be required on receipt.

For international orders please be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency if in doubt. We charge no tax or VAT on any orders.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Returns

Simple & Fuss Free

If you wish to return your item for any reason then simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  You can email us at enquiries@lillicoco.com or call us on (+44) 0117 925 4798.

Domestic (UK) Returns

WIthin the UK, please return your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (with insurance and tracking) to ensure it gets back to us safely:

We can't provide a refund for any items sent back to us uninsured or untracked if they become lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that once a ring has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return.  This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

Generally, the easiest and cheapest way to return something to us from overseas is to get in touch with us so we can send you a prepaid DHL label, with all of the shipping and customs information already filled out.

If you'd like to use this option, the cost of the label is £30 / $40 USD and we can simply deduct it from the refund.

You can arrange for a DHL driver to collect the parcel from an address of your choosing, or you can take it to a DHL drop-off location.

If you'd prefer to arrange shipping yourself (which we would advise against),  please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional charges. 

As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.

Any import fees incurred by Lillicoco due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the refund.

Not what you expected?

If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please email enquiries@lillicoco.com within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage, as we fully insure all deliveries.

Layaways

If an item is purchased on layaway then a 15% restocking fee will be retained in case of cancellation or return.
