ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).
MEASUREMENTS: Inner bangle circumference is 6 & 1/2" or 16.5cm long.
Garnets graduate from 6.5mm long x 4.5mm wide to 9.5mm long x 6.5mm wide, weighing approx. 5.00ct combined.
Pearls are 1.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 10g.
MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnet (5.00ct), Pearl.
STAMPS: 9ct stamp inside bangle, Maker's mark obscured.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
VERY GOOD: This antique 9ct Gold graduating Garnet and Pearl bangle is presented in very good condition. The Gold is bright and buttery and rhe Garnets are in wonderful condition, displaying a rich colour and vibrant sparkle. There is some light wear around the edges of the Garnets and the Gold, with a few minor cracks to the settings, though all stones remain secure. The Seed Pearls are all present with only some wear to their lustre, but they still retain a beautiful, subtle sheen. The bangle shuts securely and also includes a chic safety chain for reliable, secure wear. She is ready to be worn and enjoyed for years to come!
