ERA: Victorian, c.1900.

MEASUREMENTS: Padlock is 21mm long x 14.5mm wide.
Weight: 4g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Pink Topaz, Emerald.

STAMPS: Maker's Mark W&HS, 9CT on back.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold Pink Topaz Emerald heart padlock pendant is in very good condition! The piece is gorgeous on the front, and the gemstones are in fabulous condition. The back of the pendant shows some surface wear, commensurate with age, but the stamps remain clear. There is also some discolouration visible between the two domes of the heart, but this isn't something that you can see unless looking from the top down. With a fully functioning lever, you can wear this Victorian heart padlock with absolute confidence!
