Item Details

ERA: Edwardian (1901-1910).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 20mm long x 17.5mm wide.
Weight: 2.5g.

MATERIALS: 9ct Gold front and back, with metal frames and hinge for strength & durability, Silver gemstone settings, Paste.

STAMPS: 9CT BACKS & FRONTS, SILVER SETTINGS on locket back.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold Paste swallow heart locket is in very good condition. The Paste gems are secure and the motif is gorgeous. The locket opens easily and closes securely. Inside, there are two frames present and there is some sign of age to note by the rims, but the piece is structurally intact and you wont see this when you're enjoying wearing it on a chain.
