Item Details

ERA: Art Nouveau (1890-1910).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 35.5mm long, including jump ring.
Locket is 25.5mm in diameter x 4mm deep.
Weight: 5.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver.

STAMPS: Obscured marks on hasp, but very likely French.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This French Art Nouveau locket is in great condition. Her Silver is lustrous and her detailing is defined. There are some minor signs of wear commensurate with age, however, this goes unnoticed during wear. The locket closes firmly and comes complete with a large jump ring allowing for comfortable and confident wear.
