Item Details

ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 65" or 165cm long.
Turquoise graduates from 4mm long x 4mm wide to 6mm long x 4mm wide.
Dog-clip is 19.5mm long.
Weight: 20g

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Turquoise.

STAMPS: 9CT on dog-clip.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This 65" antique 9ct Gold Turquoise longuard chain is in excellent condition throughout. All the links are securely connected and show little signs of wear, with the dog-clip fastening securely shut. Each Turquoise is free from any damage to note, and all are securely set. Although there are a few dings and dents on the Gold setting of the beads, it is only minor and they have generally kept in good condition, adding a lovely textural quality to this piece!
