Lillicoco provide a range of professional jewellery care services to help you keep your antique and vintage jewellery in tip-top condition.
Our team of antique jewellery restoration experts are on hand to offer advice on how best to service and repair antique jewellery.
Here's how it works:
1. Add the service you require to your basket, go through to the checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
2. Send your jewellery to us in the post (for international shipping, we can provide you with a DHL label at an additional cost).
3. We will inspect your jewellery on arrival, speak with you about your requirements and confirm the work that you would like to have done.
3. We will complete the job, pack your jewellery up and post it back to you!

Jewellery Cleaning
From £20 + Shipping
Many pieces of jewellery can be cleaned at home, but if you are looking for professional jewellery cleaning for a particularly special or delicate piece then we'd be happy to give it the care and attention that it needs to look its best again!
Chain & Bracelet Repair
From £30 + Shipping
If you have a broken chain or bracelet that needs repair, you can send it to us to have your jewellery repaired. We can fix or replace broken clasps or links and we can even extend or shorten your necklace or bracelet if required.
Polishing (Gold, Platinum & Silver)
From £30 + Shipping
Polishing (Gold, Platinum & Silver)
If you have a ring or another piece of jewellery that has become scratched or scuffed, you can send it to Lillicoco for a professional polish.
If you send us a piece of jewellery to be polished, a professional clean will also be undertaken at no additional charge.
Polishing (Gemstones)
From £50 + Shipping
If you have a chipped or scratched gemstone in your jewellery, it may be possible to repolish it.
Sometimes this can be done without removing the stone, other times it will be necessary to take it out and reset it afterwards.
Gemstone Setting & Replacement
From £40 + Shipping
Gemstone Setting & Replacement
If a gemstone needs to be set in a ring (perhaps because it was knocked out), or if you want to swap a new stone in to replace an existing one, this job can be done.
If a stone has been knocked out of a ring, sometimes retipping may also be required.
Ring Retipping
From £10 per claw + shipping
If the claws on your ring have been worn down over time, or if a gemstone has come out, you may need for the claws to be retipped.
Ring Resizing
From £20-75 + Shipping
You may need to have a ring resized if it no longer fits, or if it is a vintage or antique ring that is not currently the correct size for you.
Not all rings can be resized, and each ring will have a different tolerance for resizing.
We will advise you on what can be done on a case by case basis.
